Last week, we organized an evening with Breitling at the brand’s impressive boutique in our hometown of The Hague, Netherlands. We invited a fairly large group of Fratelli to look at the current Breitling collection. But Fred Mandelbaum, our special guest, was also there, and he brought part of his extensive vintage Breitling collection. So there was time to review the brand’s history, but we also certainly touched on what high quality Breitling replica watches is now and what its future will bring. Below, you’ll find an impression of what the evening was like along with some pictures by our photographer Max.
The Breitling boutique in The Hague is located on a prominent corner of the Hoogstraat, right in the city center. Since we’re closing in on Christmas, the store has lots of lights up and a surfing Santa standing outside to greet you. All the other stores were about to close their doors, but the Breitling boutique was just getting ready for the best part of the day. Somehow, it’s always a nice feeling to enter a store after business hours.
Fred Mandelbaum lays out his treasures
We arrived a little early with part of the Fratello team, and so did Fred Mandelbaum. If you’re not familiar with him yet, make sure to check out yesterday’s special Fratello Talks episode. As soon as Mr. Mandelbaum arrived at the boutique, he took his watch rolls out of his bag and laid his vintage Navitimers, SuperOceans, Chronomats, and Premiers on a few trays.
When you see so many good-looking vintage chronographs next to each other, you almost start to take it for granted. And the great thing was that Mr. Mandelbaum said everyone could look at his watches and try them on. The only thing he didn’t want to see was anyone dropping one of his best Breitling copy watches UK, of course. When we picked them up, we noticed that they were all in great condition.
One of my favorites was a vintage top China replica Breitling SuperOcean chronograph watches with a panda dial and the original mesh bracelet. It’s just great to see how well tool watches were already designed more than 60 years ago.

In the meantime, most of the guests had arrived and were having a drink. Then, Jan-Paul ten Hoopen, the director of Breitling super clone watches for sale in the Netherlands, introduced the day’s protagonists — Fred Mandelbaum and our very own Robert-Jan Broer.
It was time for them to have the panel discussion that was on the program. However, RJ and Mr. Mandelbaum decided to do it a bit more informally while standing in the middle of the room. RJ shot a few questions at Mr. Mandelbaum, who knew exactly how to entertain the crowd with great stories from luxury Breitling replica watches‘ history. What I found interesting was how Mr. Mandelbaum explained how serious Breitling is about its current and vintage collections. That’s one of the biggest differences between an older and bigger company like Breitling versus, for example, a younger microbrand.

After the informal panel discussion, there was time for some questions from our readers. There were certainly some familiar faces in the room that I had seen at other watch events. But it was nice to see that there were also some new people. In fact, some of them were attending such an event for the very first time. It’s always great to see how quickly the old and the new faces connect when they talk to each other about their shared passion — watches.
